Ahead Psychology is based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire and provides high quality evidence based psychological therapy for individuals, couples, families and groups. The practice is run by Dr. Sally Bradley, an experienced clinical psychologist who provides therapy using third wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), specifically Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness based approaches. Clinical supervision, consultancy (clinical and corporate) and bespoke training are also available for professionals and organisations.
